that God has provided a better way for us to live:
pure & simple.
We believe in one God. He is the creator of all things and infinitely perfect. He created man as His highest achievement. He loves mankind and desires a relationship with every one of us.
Genesis 1:27-29, Hebrews 2:7-8, John 1:3
Everyone is uniquely created and deserving of dignity, respect and Christian love. Mankind was created in God’s image to be in relationship with Him and extend Heaven’s rule to the earth. However, Sin - the choices we make that hurt us and hurt God’s heart – caused a break in that relationship. But, God created the way for us to restore the relationship and dominion.
Genesis 3:3-6, John 3:16, 2 Corinthians 5:11-21
Jesus is the son of God sent to be the way for mankind to restore the relationship with God, to teach us truths thru His example enabling us to make better choices and empowering us to take the right path to our best life.
John 10:10, John 3:16, John 14:6
After Jesus left this earth and returned to heaven, the Holy Spirit was sent to be with us as an assurance of our restored relationship with God. He enables us to understand and appreciate the truths of the Bible. And through the Holy Spirit, we find the strength and desire to become our best selves and help others.
John 14:16, 26, John 15:26, Acts 1:8
The Bible is how God has chosen to preserve a record of His love towards mankind. It reveals His character, His ways and provides us with a source of guidance for life and relationship with Him. It is the supreme source of truth and when properly understood and practiced, it shows us how to love God, ourselves and others. Ultimately, leading us to live a fulfilled life.
Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:3
The church refers to the universe of all those that believe in Jesus Christ as the way to a restored relationship with God. When we GATHER together to express love towards God, to learn His truths, encourage each other through our shared experiences with God, and work collectively to help others, we become a True expression of his church.
Matthew 18:20, Acts 17:11, 2:44, I Corinthians 1:2, 12:28
