Christmas Hearts: Adopt a Family

In support of families in the Farmington Public School district that are experiencing homelessness, join our Neighborhood outreach by adopting a family for Christmas. Complete the form and we will reach out with your family details! On December 2 we will serve these families with a Christmas party!
