There's a place for
you here.
Serving at TGC is how many of us found our closest friendships. It's where belonging becomes real.

At TGC, serving together is part of how we do life.
Every team is a community in itself, a group of people who show up, pray together, and make space for others to feel at home.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need a willing heart and a desire to be part of something. Whatever your gift is, there's a place for it here.
TGC's Teams
Hospitality
You are often the first thing someone experiences at TGC. A warm smile. A hand on the shoulder. A simple "we're glad you're here."
The Hospitality team makes sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, not just at the entrance, but all the way through service and beyond.
What you'll do: Greet guests at the entrance and exit, guide people to their seats, answer questions about TGC, and create a warm atmosphere before, during, and after service.
Who we're looking for: Someone whose warmth is natural. Someone who genuinely enjoys being around people and whose joy shows. A warm smile goes a long way here.
First Time Visitors
First impressions stay. This team makes sure every first-time guest feels seen, fed, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
From refreshments to a familiar face, you help turn a first visit into a first step toward belonging.
What you'll do: Set up and serve refreshments, greet first-time guests, make sure the space is clean and welcoming, ensure speakers have water, and participate in pre-service prayer.
Who we're looking for: A people person with a heart to serve, someone who loves God's people and isn't afraid to show it.
Arrive by 5:15 PM
Children's Ministry
Some of the most important conversations at TGC happen in a room full of kids. This team creates a safe, fun, and Jesus-centered environment where children encounter God's Word at their level.
What you'll do: Lead age-appropriate lessons, create a loving classroom environment, and help children feel seen and valued every week.
Who we're looking for: Someone who genuinely loves children and feels called to this ministry. You show up prepared, on time, and with a smile. This isn't a task, it's a calling.
Age groups served: 1–3 | 4–6 | 7–9 | 10–12
Teen Ministry
Teenagers need adults who lead with love, not judgment. This team walks alongside teens with grace, honesty, and a whole lot of fun, creating a space where young people can encounter God authentically.
What you'll do: Help lead weekly lessons, engage meaningfully with teens, support team activities, and show up consistently for a generation that needs to see that someone cares.
Who we're looking for: Someone with a heart for young people. Someone who understands that at this age, presence matters more than perfection and that encouragement changes lives.
Media
Every lyric on screen. Every light shift. Every seamless transition. This team works behind the scenes so that nothing stands between the congregation and the presence of God in worship.
What you'll do: Operate ProPresenter for worship lyrics and slides, manage lobby TVs, run lights, and keep the service flowing smoothly from start to finish.
Who we're looking for: Someone with computer experience, patience, and a love for worship. Quick thinking and adaptability are a must, because sometimes things freeze, and you're the one who keeps things moving.
Creative Team
This team tells the story of what God is doing at TGC. Through photography, video, and social media, you capture real moments and help people, inside and outside our church, feel the heart of this community.
What you'll do: Arrive 1 hour before service to capture content, shoot during service following the weekly content checklist, and contribute to TGC's social media presence.
Who we're looking for: Someone with some knowledge of photography, video, or social media. A love for storytelling and for this community is what matters most.
Church Security
This team creates the safe environment that makes everything else possible. Your presence is a gift, even when it goes unnoticed. Especially when it goes unnoticed.
What you'll do: Ensure the safety and security of the congregation, visitors, and staff during services and events.
Who we're looking for: Someone reliable, calm, and committed to serving with integrity. Someone who takes the responsibility seriously because they care deeply about this community.
